All of said coupons shall be signed by the Treas- urer of the city of SantaAna, but the Treasurer's signature may be engraved, printed, or lithographed, on the interest coupons iu place of the Treasurer's slguature by hm d. The interest coupons shall be consecutively numbered~ from I upward on each bond; and the interest thereby repre- sented shall be paid on the 2nd day of January and July in each year, co.-amencing with th~ End day of January, 1925, provided that the coupons representing the first payment of interest which shall become due the End day of January, 1925, being six months before the maturity of the first annu- al'series of the bonds, shall be for the interest accruing thereon from the 9th day of November, 19E3. Bond No. i in the denomination of ~243.10 shall constitute annual series No. i and be payable July End, 19E5, being the End day of July next succeeding nine months after the date of the bond. Annually thereafter on the 2nd day of July of each year one additlonal bond in like denomination and in succes- sive numerical order shall fall due and be paid, until the first tlmree bonds are paid, thereafter, annually, said bonds in the denomination of $243.09 shall fall due and be l~aid; and the bonds payable in each year shall constitute the annual series for the year lu which they are'to be paid. Fourth The bonds shall forthwith be delivered to the ~ontractor or his assigns, in satisfaction of the balance due upon his assessment and warrant. Fifth The assessment, levy, and 'collection of ta×es in and for the city of Santa ~na being made through and by the County of Orange, and the officers thereof, it is ordered that a copy hereof be filed in the office Of the auditor of the County of Orange, California.
