RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1145. A RESOLUTION OF THE BOAHD OF TRUSTEES OF TNE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALI~I{NIA, DECLARING THEIR INTENTION TO OP~DER THE PAVING AND OTHERWISE IMPROVING OF A POHTION OF FAIRVIEW AVENUE IN S~ID CITY; DECLARING THE SAID WORE, OR IMPROVEMENT TO BE OF MORE THAN LOCAL OR OP~DINARY PUBLIC BENEFIT; DECLAR- ING THE DISTRICT TO BE BENEFITTED BY SAID W~K AND IMPROVE- MENT AND TO BE ASSESSF~D TO PAY THE COSTS AND EXPENSES THEP~ DETEHMINING THAT BONDS SHALL BE ISSUED TO REPRESENT SAID COSTS AND EXPENSES AND FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING' OBJECTIONS TO SAID WORK OR IMPROVEMENT OR TO THE EXTENT OF THE DISTRICT TO BE ASSESSED OH BOTH. , The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, ' pursuant to the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911, and the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, and the amendments to said Acts, do resolve as follows: SECTION I. That the public interest and convenience: ~equire, and it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of' the City of Santa Aris, California, to order the construction~ of the following described work and improvement in said city,I to-wit: That Fairview Avenue in said city from the West line of South Flower Street to the East line of &outh Bristoli Street be graded, paved with, a four (4) inch asphaltic con- crete base, overlaid with a two (2) inch asphaltic concrete wearing surface, and h~ve constructed along the same cement curbs where no such curbs now exist. Thst excavations be made for and that sanitary house connecting sewer laterals be laid, extending from the main sewer pipe line now in place in said Fairview Avenue, to and inside the curb lines on the North and ~outh sides now exist. PLANS, PROFILES, SECTION II. thereof where no such sewer laterals CROSS-SECTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS All of the foregoing work is fdlly forth, delineated and described on plans and cross-sections numbered sheets 1 and 2, profiles numbered sheet 3, on file in the office of the City Engineer, and in Specifications for Assessment District No. 62, on file in the office of the City Clerk and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana on the 19th day of November, lg28, by Resolution~ No. 1125, as the plans, profiles, and cross-sections to be followed in making the improvement herein referredto, and as set forth in the specifications for said work,~known as Specifications for Assessment District No. 62, and adopted by the Board of Trustees of said City on the 19th day of November, 1923, by Resolution No. 1125.
