Reference is hereby made to said plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications for a full description of said improvement and the same are incorporated herein and made a part hereof and reference is herehy made thereto for a more ~articular description of said work. GRADE SECTION III. Resolved, that the proposed work and improvement is to be done on a part of Fairview Avenue at a grade other than the existing official grade thereof, and on such pert of the street the work is to be done at and in con- formity with the grade of Fairview Avenue as modified and changed, on all other parts of the roadway, if any, the work is~to be done at the existing official grade. Resolved, ttmt the existing official grade on Fair- view Avenue will be modified between the West line of ~outh Flower Street and the East line of South Bristol Street; that between said two lines work shall be done to a grade other than the existing grade, which new or proposed grade is indi- cated and shown by the profiles and plans hereinbefore referred to. Reference is hereby made to said plans and profiles for particulars with reference to the said proposed grade. DF~CRIPTION OF BONDS SECTION IV. The said Board of Trustees does hereby declare and determine, and notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments, and to bear interest at the rate of six (6%) per cent per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915", the last installment of which bonds shall ma- ture ~tine (9) years from the 2nd day of July, next succeed- ing ten (10) months from their date. DESCRIPTION OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT SECTION V. That the contemplated work and improve- ment hereinbefore mentioned is, in the opinion of said Board of Trustees, of more tlmn local or ordinary public benefit, and the expense of said work and improvement is made charge- able upon the district hereinafter described, and said Board of Trustees does hereby declare said district to be the dis- trict benefitted by said work and improvement, end to be assessed to pay the ccsts and expenses thereof, which dis- trict is bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Located in the City of S~nta Ana, County ~ Orange, Stets cf California, described as follcws: Beginning at the point cf intersection of the cen- ter line of Fairview Avenue with the West line of ~outh Flower Street; thence Southerly along the West line of South Flower ~treet a distance of ~0 feet; thence Westerly parallel to Feirview Avenue to an intersection with the East line of South Bristol Street; thence ~ortherly along the East line of South Bristol Street across Fairview Avenue to a point in the East line of said Bristol Street 1VV.80 feet Northerly from the center line of Fairview Avenue; thence Easterly in a straight llne to e point in the West line of Shelton Street
