The Santa Ana Daily Evening Registe~ a daily newspaper published and circulated and of general circulation in the City of Santa Ana, is hereby designated i as the newspaper in which this Resolution of Intention shall be published, and the City Olerk of said City is hereby directed to cause this Resolution of Intention to be pub- lished by two insertions in said newspaper in the manner and form required by law. The Board of Trustees does not deem it advisable that the Clerk mail copies cf the Notice of Improvement to owners or reputed owners and he is not re- quired to mail the same. POSTING OF NOTICES OF IMPROVEMENT oECTION VIII. The Street Superintendent of said city shall, after the adoption of this Hesolution of Inten- tion, cause to be conspicuously posted along the lines of said contemplated work or improvement, and along all the open streets and alleys within the hereinbefore described assessment district, notices of the passage of this Resolu- tion of xntention in the manner and form required by law.
