RESOLUTION NO. 1148. A RESOLUTION ASCENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1180~ PASSED AND ADOPTED BY TILE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY 0F SANTA AND ON THE 19TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1928. Whereas, on the 19th day of November, 1923, this Board of Trustees passed and adopted Resoluti6n No. 1130~, wherein ,nd whereby this Board presecribed the denomination of bonds to be issued upon the security of the unpaid ,ssess. meats for the work done and improvement m~de upon ~ortion of, Bush Street, East Twentieth Street, West Twentieth Street and E~st S~nta Clara Avenue, ~nd providing for the issu. nce of the s~me, and Where~s, in s,td Resolution ~o. ll~0~ in the fourtk section thereof, the s~id Resolution directed that bonds should forthwith be delivered to the signs in satisfaction of the b~l~nce and wnrrnnt, ~nd contrnctor or his ~s- ~ue upon the ~ssessment Whereas, said direction w~s made inadvertantly and by oversight in ns much as the ~ssessment for the costs ~nd exoenees of said improvement w~s recorded on the 6th day of August, 1923, and prior to the dote when the amendments to the Improvement Bond Act of ]915 bec~me effective; Now Therefore, said Resolution No. 1130~ is hereby amended so that the fourth section thereof shall read ss follows: "The s~id bonds sh, ll be sold to the highest bidde: therefor but for not less thnn p~r and accrued interest, on the ~th d~y of Jan., 1924, st the hour of V:30 o'clock P.M. of s~id day."
