RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1149. A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF T~E CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THEIR INTENTION TO ORDER THE PAVING AND OTHERWISE IMPROVING OF A PORTION OF WEST EIGHTES$°I'H STREET IN SAID ~LITY; DECLARING THE SAID WOHK OR I~PROVEMENT TO BE OF 5[0HE THAN LOCAL OR 0NDINARY PUBLIC BENEFIT; DECLARING THE DISTRICT TO BE BENEFITTED BY ~AID WORK AND IMPROVEMEN~, AND TO BE ASSESSED TO PAY THE COSTS AND EXPENSES THEREOF; DETEI~INING THAT BONDS SHALL BE ISSUED TO REPRESENT ~AID 0OATS AND EXPENSES; AND FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OBJECTIONS TO SAID WORE OR IMPHOVEMENT OR TO THE EXTENT OF THE DISTRICT TO BE ASSESSED OR BOTH. The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa An,, pursuant to the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911, and the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, and the amendments to said Acts, do resolve as follows: SECTION I. That the public interest and convenience require and it is the intention' of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, California, to order the construction of the following described work and improvement in said city, t o-wit: That West Eighteenth Street in the said City, from the' West line of North Broadway to the East line of Eucalyp- tus Street, be graded, paved with a Portlend cement concrete pavement five (5) inches in thickness with belt finish wes.r- ing surf_ace, and 2mve constructed along the same cement curbs where no such curbs now exist. That trenches be excavated~, and laterel house connecting sewers from the m, in sewer line now in place, to and inside the curb lines on the North and South sides of said street be constructed where the same are not ,lready in place, and as shown on the plans herein- after referred to for all details of said work and improve- ment. PLANS, CROSS-SECTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS SECTION II. All of the foregoing work is fully set forth delineated and described on plans and cross-sec- tions on file in the office of the City Engineer, and speci- fications for Assessment District No. 64 on file in the office of the City Clerk, which plans cross-sections and specifications were adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of ~snta Ana on the 26th day of November, 192~, by Resolution No. 11~4, as the plens, cross-secti~ns end speci- fications for said work. The said plans and specifications are hereby regerred to for ~ full and detailed description of the said proposed work or imprcwement.
