DESCRIPTION OF BONDS SECTION III. The said Board of Trustees does here- by declare ,nd determine, and notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments, and to bear interest at tko rate of six (6~) per cent Der annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915", the l~st Installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July, next succeed-' lng ten (10) months from their date. DESCRIPTION OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT SECTION IV, That the contemplated work and improveI ment hereinbefore mentioned is, in the opinion of said Board! of Trustees, of more than local or ordinary public benefit and the expense of said work and improvement is made oh~rge- able upon the district hereinafter described, and said Board of Trustees does hereby declare said district to be the dis- trict benefitted by said work and improvement, and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, which dis- trict is bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Located in the City of Santa An., County of Orange State of California, and more particularly described as fol- lows, to-wit: Beginning at the point of intersection of the can-i ter line of West Eighteenth Street with the West line of North Broadway, thence Southerly along the best line of Northl Broadway to the Southeast corner Lot 1, Block F of Geooper's Addition as Der mad thereof ~ecorded in Book 28, page 12, Miscellaneous Records of Lo~ Angeles County, C~lifornia; thence Westerly along lot lines to the Southwest corner of Lot 10 of said Block F; thence Northerly along West line of said Lot 10 across West Eighteenth Street and along the West line of Lot 11, Block C of said Geopperls Addition, to the Northwest corner thereof; thence Easterly along the lot lines to the ~ortheast c~-ner of Lot 20 of said Block C, being ~n the West line of North Broadway; thence Southerly along the West line of North Broadway to the point of beginning. TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING SECTION V. Notice is hereby given that on Monday the ~th day of January, 1924, at V:30 o~clock P.M. in the Council Chamber of the City i~sll of said City of S~nta An., any and all persons having any objection to the proposed wor~ or improvement may appear before the said Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with this Hesolution. PUBLICATION OF HESOLUTION OF INTENTION SECTION VI. The Santa An, Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaoer published and circulated and of general circulation in the City of Santa An. is hereby designated ms the newspaper in which this Resolution of Intention shall be published, and the City Clerk of said city is hereby directedi to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published by two insertions in said newspaper in the manner ~nd form required by law. The Bo. rd of Trustees does not deem it advisable that the Clerk mail copies of .the Notice of Improvement to / <
