Book <br />3, Page 46, Records of Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> (b) Commencing at the ~outhwest corner of Lot 6, <br />of the Morse Villa Tract, as sh~n on a map recorded in Book <br />3, page 46, ~ Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, <br />California, running thence Westerly along the extension of <br />the line between Lots 6 and V of said Morse Villa Tract 100 <br />feet to the West line of Lot 9, of said Morse Villa Tract; <br />thence North along said West line 220.8 feet more or less, <br />to the Northwest corner of said Lot 9, thence East along the <br />North line of said Bot 9, 100 feet to the Northeast corner <br />thereof and thence South 221.4 feet more or less, to the <br />point of beginning. <br /> <br /> Reserving therefrom f~ a period of 2 years from <br />the date hereof a right-of-way for ingress and egress over <br />the West 10 feet thereof; <br /> <br />and which is occupied by the grounds and buildings of Lowell <br />School and now used in the performance of a public function, <br />are included within the district aforesaid, the Board of <br /> <br />Trustees of the City of Santa Aha hereby declares that said <br />land shall be included within the said assessment and the <br /> <br />~ss~ssment therefor so far ss the sewer work is concerned <br /> <br />shall be paid by the City of Santa Ana out of the general <br />fund. <br /> <br />TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING <br /> <br /> SECTION V. Notice is hereby given that on Monday, <br />the 21st day of January, 1924, at V:30 P.M. in the Council <br /> <br />Chamber of the City Hall of said City of Santa ~na, any and <br />all persons having any objection to the proposed work or im- <br /> <br />provement may appear before the said Board of Trustees and <br /> <br />show cause why said proposed improvement should not be car- <br /> <br />tied out in accordance with this Resolution. <br /> <br />PUBLICATION OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION <br /> <br /> SECTION VI. The San~a Aris Daily Evening Register, <br />a daily newspaper published and circulated and of general <br />circulation in the City of Santa Aha, is hereby designated <br />as the newspaoer in which this Resolution of Intention <br />be published, and the City Clerk of said city is hereby di- <br />rected to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published <br />by two insertions in said newspaper in the manner and form <br /> <br />required by law. The Board of Trustees does not deem it ad-~ <br />Visable that the Clerk mail copies of the Notice of Improve- ~ <br />ment to owners or reputed owners, and he is not required to <br />mail the same. <br /> <br /> <br />
