Map Book 3, page 46, Records of Orange County, California; thence Westerly Oarallel to the center line of West Bishop Street to an intersectiom with the East line of South Shelt~ Street; thence Southerly along the East line of South Shelto~ Street, across West Bishop Street to a point in the said East line 222.6 feet Southerly from the Northwest corner of Lot 29 of said Morse Villa Tract; thence Easterly parallel to the center line of West Bishop Street to an intersection with the 'West line of South Flower ~treet; thence Northerly along the West line of South Flower Street across West Bishop Street t~ the point of beginning. Whereas, those certain lots, pieces or parcels of land belonging to the Santa Ana School Distric't of Orange County, a public corporation of Orange Oounty, California, described as: (a) Lots Five (5) and Six (6) of the Morse Villa Tract al per man thereof filed in Miscellaneous Maps. Book 3, Page 46, Records of Orange County, California. (b) Commencing at the ~outhwest corner of Lot 6, of the Morse Villa Tract, as sh~n on a map recorded in Book 3, page 46, ~ Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, running thence Westerly along the extension of the line between Lots 6 and V of said Morse Villa Tract 100 feet to the West line of Lot 9, of said Morse Villa Tract; thence North along said West line 220.8 feet more or less, to the Northwest corner of said Lot 9, thence East along the North line of said Bot 9, 100 feet to the Northeast corner thereof and thence South 221.4 feet more or less, to the point of beginning. Reserving therefrom f~ a period of 2 years from the date hereof a right-of-way for ingress and egress over the West 10 feet thereof; and which is occupied by the grounds and buildings of Lowell School and now used in the performance of a public function, are included within the district aforesaid, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha hereby declares that said land shall be included within the said assessment and the ~ss~ssment therefor so far ss the sewer work is concerned shall be paid by the City of Santa Ana out of the general fund. Notice is hereby given that on Monday, the 21st day of January, 1924, at V:30 P.M. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City of Santa ~na, any and all persons having any objection to the proposed work or im- provement may appear before the said Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed improvement should not be car- tied out in accordance with this Resolution. PUBLICATION OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION SECTION VI. The San~a Aris Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated and of general circulation in the City of Santa Aha, is hereby designated as the newspaoer in which this Resolution of Intention be published, and the City Clerk of said city is hereby di- rected to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published by two insertions in said newspaper in the manner and form required by law. The Board of Trustees does not deem it ad-~ Visable that the Clerk mail copies of the Notice of Improve- ~ ment to owners or reputed owners, and he is not required to mail the same.
