POSTING OF NOTICES OF IMPRU~EMENT <br /> <br /> SECTION VII. The Street Superintendent of said <br />City shall after th~ adoption of this P~solution of Intention, <br />cause to be conspicuously posted along the lines of said con- <br />templated work or improvement, and along all the open streets <br />and alleys w~thin the hereinbefore described assessment dis- <br />trict, notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention <br />in the manner and form required by law. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution of <br />Intention was duly and regularly introduced and passed by the <br />Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana at a regular meet- <br />ing thereof held on the 1Vth day of December, 1923, by the <br /> <br />following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees, <br /> <br />C. Vegel[, <br />Clerk of the~ity of ~anta Ans." <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1154. <br /> <br /> On the 6th day of December, 1923, the ~treet ~uper- <br />intendant of the City of ~anta Ans filed in the office of the <br />Clerk thereof an assessment to cover the sum due for the work <br />done and iraprovement made on and along a portion of McOlay <br />Street, an open public street in said city, as provided for <br />by the contract, and which work sndimprovement is briefly <br />described in Resolution of Intention No. 929, and the Clerk <br />thereupon gave notice of the time fixed by him when all per- <br />sons interested in the work done or in the assessment would <br />be heard by the Board of Trustees; the said notice being pub- <br />lished in the newspaper designated therefor. <br /> <br /> The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana <br />being at the time so fixed duly convened and in regular ses- <br />sion proceeded to hear the matter, end no person interested <br />in the work or in the assessment having appealed to the Board <br />of Trustees or objected or appeared to or did object thereto, <br />or to any of the proceedings had or taken in the premises; <br /> <br /> It is therefore resolved, that the assessment made <br />to cover the work done and improvement made including inci- <br />dental expenses in the improvement of a portion of McOley <br /> <br /> <br />
