RESOLUTION NO. 1156. A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, OALI~)RNIA, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF STREET IMPROVEMENT BONDS PUR- SUANT TO RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 102V, DETEP~INING THE AMOUNT OFUNPAID ASSESSN[ENTS, PRESCRIBING THE DENOMINATION OF SUCH BONDS AND PROVIDING~OR THEIR ISSUANCE WHEREAS, pursuant to statute, notice of filing list of unpaid assessments was duly given in the manner and for~ required by law, that the warrant, assessment and diagram ~ecorded on the 2Vth day of Nov., 192~, for the work and im- provement made by Wells and Bressler under that certain con- tract awarded to them on the 6th day of Aug., 192~, on Bach- man Drive of said city, and that said warrant, assessment and diagram were returned to the Street Superintendent of said City, together with a written statement of all payments re- ceived upon the said assessment, and after the full expira- tion of twenty (20) days from the date of said warrant, the said Street Superintendent duly made and filed with the City Clerk of the said City of Santa Ana, a complete list of all assessments unpaid upon the said assessment, which list is now on file in the office of the City Clerk of the said city, now upon evidence shown this Board determines tkmt the assess- ments therein mentioned were then unpaid, the total aggregate thereof being the sum of One Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty- five and 6A/lOOths ($1825.64) Dollars, and that assessments numbered none and no others Dmve since been paid, and that there now remains unpaid the sum of One Thousand Eight Hun- dred Twenty-five and 64/lOOths ($1825.64) Dollars upon the assessments sh~n upon said list other than those hereinabove last noted as having been paid. Reference is hereby made to Resolution of Inten- tion No. 102V of the Board of Trustees of the City cZ ~ants Ana, passed the 18th day of June, 1~2~, for e complete des- cription of the work herein mentioned, and to the list of unpaid assessments filed as above not~d, for the assessments unpaid. AND WHEREAS, interested ~ersons were notified in the manner required by law to appear before the Board of Trus- tees of the said City of Santa Ana, California, in the Coun- cil Chamber of the City Hall in said city, at the hour of V:ZO o'clock P.M. of Monday, the 24th day of December, 192~, and show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the secu- rity of the unpaid assessments shown on said Street Superin- tendent~$ list, and ~EREAS, notice was duly given in the manner and form required by l~w that serial bonds to represent unpaid
