assessments bearing interest at the rate of six (6%) per cent per annum will be issued hereunder in the manuer provided in' the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915". the last iustallment of which bonds shall mature nine (9} years from the 2nd day of July next succeeding nine (9) months from their date. And all interested persons having appeared before this Board of Trustees and having been given full oDportunity, to show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the securi- ty of the unpaid assessments shown on said list, and all ob- ~ Jections presented having been heard and considered. NOW BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees does hereby find and determine that no cause has been shown by bonds should not be issued upon the security of said unpaid assessments, and does hereby overrule all objections thereto, does hereby direct the issuance of said bonds, and furtbex BE IS RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS, that bonds shall be is- sued upon the security of said unpaid assessments to said amount of One Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-five and 64/100~bs ($1825.64) Dollars.
