RESOLVED, that the public interest and convenience requires <br />the work hereinafter described and the Board of Trustees of <br />the City of ~anta ~.na hereby orders the following work to be <br />done ~nd im0rovement made in, on and along ~'sst ~ourth ~treet <br />in the City of ~ants Ana, to-wit; <br /> <br /> The work to be done and improvement made is more <br />particularly described a~ follows; <br /> <br /> ~,11 of the herein proposed work s~m!l be done iD <br />pursuance of an Act cf the Legislature of the otate of Ca!i- <br />furnia designated Improvement Act of 1911 and amendments <br />thereto. <br /> <br /> For further particulars reference is hereb~ made to <br />said ~esolution of Intention No. 1144, which is dated the <br />day of December, 1923, ~nd on file with the Clerk of the City <br />of ~anta Aaa. <br /> <br /> The Clerk of the City of Santa Aaa is ~ereby 5irec- <br />te~ to ~ost ~ notice of said work together with the plans <br />an5 soecifications therefor conspicuously for five days on or <br />near the Con,ell Chamber 5nor of the Oosrd of Trustees <br /> <br /> <br />
