The laying in each of said main sewer trenches of a six inch inside diameter vitrified salt glazed cylindrical main sewer pipe properly Connected with the manhole and ex- tending east to the east property llne ou South Main Street, and the sewer t~enches backftlled and settled to a true and solid surface on the subgrade. The designated manholes being those to be constructed' pursuant to this Resolutlo~ of Intention. (h) The excavation in South ~ain Street of fourteen (14)lateral house connection sewer trenches, approxlmately 8 feet deep, and extendlug from the eight inch main sewer to be constructed pursuant to {his Resolution of Intent!on a~ong South Main Street and parallel with the westerly boundary li~e of the city of Santa Aha, to and inside Qf the curb on the east side of South ~ain Street, also to be constructed pursuant to said Resolution of Intention: one sewer trench to be opposite each lot, piece or parcel of land where a lateral house connection sewer is not alreadv constr~cted. There is also expressly excepted and upon which no pavement is to be constructed all that portion of South Naln Street already paved and which is a strip l0 feet wide ex- tending along, adjotniug,.parallel w~th and immediately easterly of the westerly boundary l~ne of the city of Santa. All of said work shall be done in accordance with the plans and specifications adopted therefor by the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha by Resolution No. 895, on the 18th day of December, 1922, and which plans and specifi- cations are hereby specifically referred 'to The contemplated work and improvement on South Main Street, in the opinion of the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha, is of more th~n local or ordinary public benefit, and the Board of Trustees of said city hereby makes th~ expenses of such work and improvement chargeable ~pon a district, which district said Board of Trustees hereby de- clares to be the district benefited by said work and improve- ment, and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof,
