Notice is hereby given that serail bonds to represent unpaid assessments and bear interest at the rate of six per cent. per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner ~o- vided by the Improvement Bond Act of 1918, the last install- ment of which bonds stmll mature nine years from the second day of July next succeeding nine months from their date.
