38;6 IMPROVEMENT - in letters of not less than one inch iu length, and shall in legible characters state the fact of the passage of this Resolution of Intention, its date, and briefly descr~h~_J the work and i~provement proposed and refer to this nesolutlon of Intention for further particulars. Said notice sh~I1 also contain ~ statement of the day,~ hour and place when and where any and all persons having any Objections to the prooosed work or i~uprovement, may a~pear before the Eoard of Trustees and show cayse why the said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution of Intention. And there sha~l also be inserted therelu the follow- ing: "Notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments and bear interest at the rate of six per pert. per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner pro- vided by the L~provement Bond Act of 1915, the last install- ment of which bonds shall mature nine years from the second day of July next succeeding nine months from their date." All of said notices shall be posted and stall contain and set forth in manner and form the facts, things and matters required by law. All of the herein proposed work shall be done in pursuance of an Act of the Legislature of the State of California, designated Improvement Act of 1911, ~proved April 7th, 1911, and all amendments thereto; but in the event that bonds are hereafter issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments for the work to be done ~d improvements to be made, then the proceedings for the tssuanc?, sale and.payment of said bonds shall be in accord- auce with and as provided by the Improvement Bond Act of 1915. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution of Intention was duly and regularly introduced before the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha at an adjourned regular m~eting thereof held on the ZT~th day of January, 1923, and passed by said Board of Trustees by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees J.it.Tubbs, C.}!.ChapmaD, W.l.Greenleaf, John G.
