Resolution of Intention No. 933. Resolved, t~mt it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aaa to order the work to be done and the improvement to be made, hereinafter briefly described, on and along a portion of that open public street in the city of Santa Aaa commonly known as North Artesia ~treet, which portion thereof is described ss beginning at the north llne of West First Street and extending north to the south line of West Fifth Street, and the entire width of the described portion of morth ~rtesia Street from the curb constructed on the easterly side there- of to the curb constructed on the westerly side thereof, and where no curb is constructed then from the easterly to the westerly curb lines on the des'cribed portion of North Artesia ~treet, and where any street, part of a street, or alley intersects or terminates in the described portion of North Artesia Street then beyond the curb or the curb lines, and across the sidewalk reservations, to the easterly and westerly property lines on the described portion of ~orth Ertesia Street; also on and along a portion of that open public street in said city commomly known as ~est Third Street, which portion thereof is described as beginning at the west line of Western Avenue and extendin~ west to the e~st line of North Artesia ~treet; and the entire width of the described portion of West Third Street from the curb constructed on the northerly side to the curb constructed on the southerly side thereof, and where no curb is construct- ed then from the northerly curb llne to the southerly curb line on the described portion of ~est Third Street.
