(b) The construction of a concrete pavement on North Artesia Street six inches thick with a belt finish wearing surface complete to the existing official grode, except ou tie part of North Artesia Street where the grade is to be changed and modified and on said part of North Artesia Street to the changed and modified grade. (c) The construction of a concrete curb at the curb lines on the easterly and westerly sides of North Artesis Street, and where any street, part of a street, or alley intersects or terminates in north artesis btreet, then the concrete curb to be returned on each side of any such intersecting or terminating street on a curve back to the property lines on the e~sterly and wester- ly sides of ~orth Artesia Street, except where a con- crete curb or concrete return curb is already construct- ed.
