~esolved, that the grade on a part of ~orth Artesis Street, at which the work on s~id street is to be done, be modified and changed and reference to the plans and specifications adopted by the Board of Trustees of the city of San~ Aha on the 1st day of November, 1922, by ~esolu- tion No. ~68, for the proposed work is hereby made, which plans show the existin~ official ~rsde and the grade at, which the work is proposed to be done. Notice is hereby given and the f~ct recited that the proposed work is to be done on a part of horth Artesia Street at a grade other than the existing official ~rade, and all persons are referred to the said plans and speci- fications for further particul~rs as to such proposed grade. The grades shown on the plans and at which the proposed work is to be done on a part of Worth Artesi~ Street is along the center lioe of the street, and is for the tod of the crown of the street: all of s~id grades are based upon a d~tum plane ~dopte~ and es- tablished by Ordinance No. 5Vl of the city of ~ants Aha, which d~tum plnne is 124.288 feet below the center llne of the bench mark consisting of a copper plate fixed in and located at the northwesterly corner of the ~ity Itall of the city of Santa Aha, and marked "U. $. Coast and Ueodetic Survey B.N." All said elevations are expressed in feet and hundredths of feet and are elevations above the datum plane. The grndes at all points between the pofnts shown on the plans and at which the elevations are shown shall conform to a true and uniform ~r,dient along the center line of the street: the grades shall at all points conform, to the existing official grade except at the points where the ~r~de is to be modified and changed and at such points the grade shall conform to the chan~ed and modified ~rade: the ~r~de on ~ p~t of North Artesia Street so changed and modified shall be and become the true official grade thereof. The contemplated work and improvement on ~orth Artesis Street and West Third Street, in the opinion of the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha, is of more than local or ordinary public benefit, and the Board of Trustees of said city hereYy makes the expenses ~ of such work and i~provement cha~geable upon a distrlat which district said Board of Trustees hereby declares to be the district benefited by said work ~nd Improvement, snd to be assessed to pay the costs and e~penses there- of ~nd which district is located in the cityof Santa Aha, County of O~nCe, State of Csiiforni~, the exterior
