southerly property line of West Fourth Street produced from the east. The work and improvement which the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha intends to order done and made in, on, and along ~est Third Street is briefly described as follows:- (a) sub-grade five (b) regrading of ~'est Third Street to a inches below the official grade thereon. pavement of West T}~frd Street by the structlon on the said subgrsde of a concrete p~vement five (5) inches thick with ~ belt finish wearing surface complete to the official grade. (c) The construction of a concrete curb at the curb lines on the northerly and southerly sides of West Third Street except where a concrete curb is already constructed. (d) The excavation in ~'est Third Street of four- teen (14) lateral house connection sewer trenches, approx- imately five (5) feet deep, one trench to be opposite each lot,piece or parcel of land fronting on ~est Third ~treet, except where a lateral house connection sewer already exists, e~ch trench to extend northerly or southerly as the case may be from the main sewer now constructed and existing in and approximately along the center llne of ~est Third Street, to and inside of the curb constructed or to be constructed, pursuant to this nesolution of Intention, on the northerly and southerly sides of West Third Street. The laying in each of s~id sewer trenches of ~ four (4) inch inside df~eter vitrified s~lt g~azed cylindri- cal lateral house connection sewer pipe connected with the main sewer pipe and extending to ~nd inside of the said curbs, and the b~ck filling and settling of each sewer trench to a true and solid surface on the sub,fade. Excepting from the work ~bove described any of said work already done upon North Artesi~ Street and ~est Third Street to the official grade. Exceotin~, however, from all Sf the aforesaid des- cribed work tb~ portion thereof w~thln any ~re~ which is required by law to be kept in order and repair by any person or company having railroad tr~cks on North ~'rtesia Street and West Third Street. All of said work shall be done in accordance with the plans and specifications adopted therefor by the Board of Trustees of the city of Sant~ ~n~ by r~esolution No. 868, on the 1st day of November, 1922, and which plans snd specifications are hereby specifically referred to.
