RESOLUTION OP~DERING WORK NO. 1230. WHEREAS, the..Board of Trustees of the C~y of Santa Ana on the lOth day of March, 1924, passed its Resolu- tion of Intention No. 12e6 to order the hereinafter described Work to be done and improvement to be made on Edinger Street in said city, which Resolution of Intention No. 1206 was duly and legally published twice in the Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper publ{shed and circulated in the C~y cf Santa Aha, all as required by law, as appears from the.affidavit of Edna L. Herrick, principal clerk of the printers and publishers of said daily newspaper, and which affidavit was filed in the office of the Clerk of the CS y of Santa Ana on the l~th da,y of March, 192A, and now on file therein, and WHEREAS, after the passage and adoption of said Resolution of Intention No. 1206, the Street Suoerintendent of the City of Santa Ana conspicuously posted along the line of the contemplated work and im~ovement, at not more than three hundred (300) feet in di stance apart, and 29 in all, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention, hea- ded NOTICE oF IMPROVE1~ENT, in manner, form, and substance ss provided by law, and the work being chargeable upon s dis- trict, also conspicuously posted copies of said notice along all of the open streets and alleys within such district, not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart on each street, and did post on each street at least 3 notices, and on said streets 29 notices; and WHEREAS, the Street Superintendent of the City of Sants Ana commenced to post said not ices on the 20th dsy of M~rch, 1924, and fully completed the posting thereof on the 20th dsy of March, 1924, more thsn ten days before the dsy set for hearing protests or objections to the proposed work an~ improvement, all as appears by the affidavit of W. G. Knox, Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Ana, filed in the office of the Clerk of said City on tbe 22nd day of March, 1924, and now on file therein; and WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ans was duly in regular session at the Council Chamber there- of at the hour of V:SO o'clock of Monday, the Vth day of April, 1924, being the day, hour and place named in the Reso-! lution of Intention and Notice of Improvement, when and where' shy and all ~ rsons having any objection to the proposed work~ or improvement might aopear before the Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed improvement should not be car- ried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention; andI
