WHEREAS, all protests or objections presented hav- ing been disposed of, overruled and denied in time, manner and form as reqnired by lsw, and the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha having now ~cquired Jurisdiction to order the proposed imorovemeut, it is hereby;- RESOLVED, that the public interest and convenience requires the work hereinafter described, and the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha hereby o~ders the fo!lowing work to be done and improvement mede in the City of Ssnta~n~ the the 1~ The expense of said work or im~rovement is by said Resolution made chargeable upon a district, which said dis- trict is described in and by the said Resolntlon, and is shown by a plat or map thereof on file in the office of the C~ y Engineer. All of the herein proposed work shall be done in pursuance of an Act of the Legislature of the State of Cali- fornia, designated as Im~ovement Act of 1911, and amendments thereto. For ffu~ther particulars reference is hereby made to said Hesolution of Intention No. 1206, which is dated the 10th day of March, 1924, and on file with the Clerk of ~he City of Santa Ans. The Clerk of the City of Santa Aha ~s hereby direc- ted to post a notice of said w~rk together with the plans and specifications therefor conspicuously for five days on or near the Council Chamber door of the Board of Trustees invi- ting sealed proposals or bids for doing the work ordered; he is also directed to publish t~ice a notice inviting such pro- posals and referring to the specifications posted or on file, in the Santa Aha Daily Evening Reg~ter, s daily newspa~r published and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, and hereby designated for that purpose.
