That sanitary house connecting sewer laterals be excavated for and laid along portions of said street; that an excavation be made for and one (1) corrugated iron culvert be constructed, together with all necessary appurtenances for said sewer laterals and corrugated iron culvert. Except from the above described work other than sewers or sewer trenches, the portion thereof within any area which is required by law to be kept in order and repair by any person or company having railroad tracks thereon. PLANS, CROSS-SECTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS SECTION II. Ail of the foregoing work is fully set forth delineated and described on plans and cross-sections on file in the office of the City Engineer, and specifications for Assessment D~trict No. 82, on file in the office of the City Clerk, which plans, cross~Sections and a~ecificstions were adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa An~ on the 24th day of March, lg24, by Resolution No. 1218, as the plans, cross-sections and specifications for said work.
