Bush <br /> Deputy. <br /> <br />RESOLI~ION OF INTENTION <br /> NO. 1231. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THEIR INTENTION TO ORDER <br />THE PAVING AND OTHERWISE IMPROVING OF A PORTION OF ~CFADDEN <br />STREET IN SAID ~TY; DECLARING THE SAID WORK C~ IMPROVEMENT <br />TO BE OF MORE THAN LOCAL OR ORDINARY PUBLIC BENEFIT; DEOI~R- <br />ING THE DISTRICT TO BE BENEFITTED BY SAID WORK AND IMPROVE- <br />MENT; AND TO BE ASSESSED TO PAY THE CO~TS AND EXPENSES <br /> <br />THEB. That the public interest and convenien~ <br />require and it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of <br />the City of Santa Ana, California, to order the construction <br />of the following described work and improvement in said city, <br /> <br />to-wit: <br /> <br /> That McFadden Street in the <br />line of Main Street to the West line <br /> <br />said city, from the East <br />of Halladay Street, <br /> <br />duced from the North across McFadden Street, paved with a <br />four (4) inch asphaltic concrete base, overlaid with s two <br />(2) inch asphaltic concrete wearing surface, and have con- <br />structed along the same cement curb where no such curb now <br /> <br /> <br />
