P~LVED, that the plans and speclficstions for the following work to be done and improvement to be made in the City of Santa Aha upon and ~long those open public streets fn said city, commonly known as Oak Street, ~arwood Place, Wakeham Avenue, Grant Street ,nd bishop Street, and w?~ich portions thereof are described as follows: Oak Street from McFadden Street to Bishop Street; Harwood Place from Pacific Electric Rail Road to Oak Street; Wakeham Avenue from Orange Avenue to Oak Street; Grant Street from Pacific Electric Rail Road to Oak Street; Bishop Street from Pacific Electric Rail Road to O~k Street. Said work being described ss follows: The grading and paving of the described portions of said streets with a six (~) inch asphaltic concrete pave- ment, complete to the official grade; the construction of concrete curb, the laying of main line sewer and house connec- ting sewers, the construction of manholes and flush tanks. All as prepared by the City Engineer and designated as Assessment District No. eS, for the improvement of the above described streets, and submitted this 28th day of April, 1924, be, and the same are hereby, adopt ed ss and for the plans and specifications for doing said work.
