RESOLUTION REQUIRING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS NO. 1245. Resolved, that the Engineer of the City of Ssnt8 Aha be and is hereby required to furnish plans and specifica- tions and careful estimates of cost for the improvement of a portion of East Santa Clara Avenue from the East line of L~ncoln Avenue to the East City limits line end s portion of ~incoln Avenue from the Easterly extended South line of East Santa Clara Avenue to the Westerly extended North line of East Santa Clara Avenue, by the construction of pavement, curb and sewer, in and on said portion.
