Resolved that the existing grade of Grant Street will be modified between the East line of the Pacific Elec- tric Railway Compsny's right-of-way snd the West line of Oak Street; that between said two lines work sh~ll be done to s grade other than the existing grade, which new or p~o- pozed grade is indicated end shown by profiles end plans. Reference is hereby m~de to said plans and profiles for particulars with reference to ell of s~d sbove proposed DESCRIPTION OF BONDS SECTION V. The said Board of Trustees does hereby declare and determine, end notice is hereby given thst set- iai bonds terest st to represent unpaid assessments, and to bear in- the rate of six (6%) per cent per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915", the last installment of which bonds shall msture nine (9) years from the 2nd day of J~uly next suceed- lng ten (10) months from their date.
