The Santa Ane Daily Evenin~ Register, a d~ ly newspaper published and circulated and of ~eneral cir- culation in the City of Santa Anm is hereby designated ~s the newspaper in which this Resolution of Intention shall be pub- lished, and the City Clerk of said city is hereby directed to c~use this Resolution of Intention to be published by two in- sertions in said newspaper in the manner and form required by law. The Board of Trustees does not d~em it advisable that the Clerk mail copies of the Notice of Improvement to owners or reputed o~ners, and he is not required to mail the same. POSTING OF NOTICES OF IMPROVEMENT SECTION IX. The Street Superintendent of s~id City shall, after the adoption of this Resolution of Inten- tion, cause to be conspicuously posted elonF the lines of said contemplated work or improvement, and ,long all the open streets and alleys w~thin the hereinbefore described assessment district, notices of the passage of this Resolu- tion of Intention in the manner and form required by law.
