SECTION I. That the public interest and conven- ience require and it is the intention of the Board of Trus- tees of the City of Santa Ana, Csliforuia, to order the con- structlon of the following described work and improvement inl said city, to-wit: said City, from the East That West Third Street in line of Pacific Avenue to the West line of Western Avenue, and for the entire width thereof, excepting that portion ly- ing North of the center line of said West Third Street snd between the center line of Forest Avenue and a line parallel to and 280 feet Easterly from the center line of Forest Ave- nue, which excluded portion is shown on the plans, hereinaf- ter in this ~esolution of Intention referred to and made s part hereof, in green tint and marked "NOT A PART OF THIS PROCEEDING", shall be improved as follows: (a) That the above described portion of West Third Street be graded, paved with a five (6) inch Portland Cement Concrete pavement, with belt finish wearing surface, add have constructed along the same concrete curb where no such curb now exists; and that sanitary house connecting sewer laterals be excavated for and laid along portions of said street, together with all necessary sppurtenances for said sewer latersls, all as is shown on plans and cross-sections hereinafter referred to, PLANS, CROSS-SECTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS SECTION II. All of the foregoing work is fully set forth, delineated ,nd described on plans end cross-sec- tions on file in the office of the City Engineer and specl- fications for Assessment District No. VO, on file in the of- fice of the City Clerk, which plans, cross-sections and spe, ifications were adopted by Resolution No. 1251 on the 5th day of May, 1924, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana as the plans, cross-sections and specifications for s~d work and improvement. The said plsns, cross-sec- tions and specifications are hereby referred to for a full end detailed description of the said proposed work or im- l~ ove~ent o DESCRIPTION OF BONDS SECTION III. The said Board of Trustees does hereby declare ~nd determine, and notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments, and to bear interest at the rate of six (6%) per cent per ~nnum wil~ be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improve- ment Bond Act of 191§", the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd dsy of July, next succeeding ten (10) months from their date. DESCRIPTION OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
