SECTION IV. That the contemplated work and im- provement, hereinbefore mentioned is, in the opinion of said Board of Trustees, of more than local or ordinary public bene- fit and the expense of said work and improvement is made chargeable upon the district hereinafter described, and said Board of Trustees does hereby declare said district to be the district benefitted by said wor~ and improvement, and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, which dis- trict is bounded ~nd described as follows, to-wit: LoCated iH the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, and desqribed as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 8, Block 8 of the Pacific Electric Subdivision as per map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Map Book A, page iA, Records of Or, ge County, California~ thence Westerly parallel to West Third Street along lot lines to a point in the South line of Lot 8, Block 18, of said Pacific Electric Subdivision 28 feet Westerly from the Southeast corner of said Lot 8, thence Northerly parallel to Western AvenSe to an intersection with the North line of Lot lA, Block iA, of said Pacific Electric Subdivision; thence Easterly parallel to West Third Street along lot lines to an intersection with the center line of Forest Avenue; thence Southerly along the center line of Forest Avenue to an intersection with the center line of West Third Street; thence Easterly along the center line of West Third Street to ~n intersection with the Southerly ex- tended West line of Lot iA, Block 6, of the aforementioned Pacific Electric Subdivision; thence Northerly elong the West line of said Lot iA, to the Northwest corner thereof; thence Emsterly along lot lines to the Northeast corner of Lot 12, Block 2 of said Pacific Electric Subdivision; thence Southerly along the lot lines to the point of beginning. Notice is hereby given that on Monday the 2nd day of Ju~e, I~2A, at V:~O o'clock P.N. in the Coun- cil Ch~mB~erof the City Hall of said C~y of Santa Aha, any and all persons having any objection to the proposed work or improvement may appear before the said Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution. PUBLICATION OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION SECTION VI. The Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated and of general circulation in the City of Santa Ana, is hereby designated as the newspaper in which this Resolution of Intention shall be published, and the City Clerk of said city is hereby direc- ted to cause this Resolution of intention to be published by two insertions in said newspaper in the manner and form re- quired by law. The Board of Trustees does not deem it advis- able that the Clerk mail copies of the Notice of Improvement or reputed owners and he is not required to mail to owners the same.
