RESOLUTION NO. 1263. A RESOLL~ION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF STREET IMPROVEMENT BONDS PUP~UANT TO RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. llll, DETERMINING THE AMOb~NT OF UNPAI~ ASSESSMENTS, PP~SCRIBING THE DE- NOMINATIONS OF SUCH BONDS AND PROVIDING FOR THEIR ISSUANCE. WHEREAS, pursuant to Statute, notic$ of filing list of unpaid assessments, was duly given in the manner and form required by law, that the warrant, assessment and dia- gram recorded on April 22nd, 1924, for the work and improve- ment made by Wells and Bressler under that certain contract awarded to them December 1Vth, 192Z, on Forest Avenue, and that said warrant, assessment and diagram were returned to the Street Superintendent of said city, together with a writ~ ten statement of all pey~nents received upon the said assess- ment, and after the full expiration of Twenty (20) Days from the date of said Warrant, the said Street SUperintendent duly made and filed with the City Clerk of the said City of Santa Ana, s complete list of all assessments unpaid upon th~ said assessment, which list is now on file in the office'of the City Clerk of the said city, now upon evidence shown, this Board determines that the assessments therein mentioned were then unpaid, the total aggregate thereof being the sum of One Thousand, Eight Hundred Forty-five and O0/lO0 ($1,845.00) Dollars, ~nd that no assessments having since been p~Id there now remains unpaid the sum of One Thousand Eight Hundred & Forty-five and O0/lO0 ($1,8~§.00) Dollars upon the assessment shown upon s~id list ~other than those hereinabove last noted as halving been paid. Reference is hereby msde to Resolution of Inten- tion No. llll, of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, passed the 22nd day of October, 1928, for a complete description of the work hereinmentloned, and to the list of unpaid assessments filed aS above noted, for the assessments paid. AND WHEREAS, interested persons were notified in the nmnner required by law to appear before the Board of Trustees of the said City of Santa Ana, California, in the Council Chamber of the City Hall in said city, at the hour of V:ZO o'clock P.M' of the 19th day of May, l~2A, and show cause why bonds s~ould not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments shown on said Street Superintendent's lis~ and WHEREAS, notice was duly given in the msnner and form required by law that serial bonds to represent unpsid assessments bearing interes~ at the rate of six (8) per cent per annum, will be issued hereunder iu the manner provided i~
