the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915" the last installment of <br />which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of <br />July next succeeding ten (10) months from their date. <br /> <br /> And all interested persons having appeared before <br />the Board of Trustees and having been given full opportunity <br />to show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the securi- <br />ty of the unpaid assessments shown in said list, and all ob- <br />Jections presented having been heard and considered, <br /> <br /> NOW BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees does <br />hereby find and determine that no cause has been shown ~hy <br />bonds should not be issued upon the security of said unpaid <br />assessments end does hereby overrule all objections thereto, <br />and does hereby direct the isluance of said bonds, and further, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: That bonds shall be <br />issued upon the security of said unpaid assessments to said <br />amount of One Thousand, hi2ht Hundred and Forty-five a~d <br />00/100 ($1,84§.00) Dollars. <br /> <br /> The said bonds shall be Ten in number and shall be <br />dated the 19th day of May, 1924, and bear interest at the <br />rate of Six (6) per cent per annum, and the denominations of <br /> <br />said bonds and the date of <br /> <br />sha~l be ss follows: <br /> <br />the res~ctive maturities thereof, <br /> <br />SERIES BOND NO. AMQ~NT DATE CF MATURITY <br /> <br />G 1 $184.50 July 2nd, 1925 <br />O 2 184.50 July 2nd, 1926. <br />G 3 184.50 July 2nd, 1927 <br />G 4 184.50 July 2nd, 1928 <br />G 5 184.50 July 2nd, 1929 <br />G 6 184.50 July 2nd, 1930 <br />G 7 184.50 July 2nd, 1931 <br />G 8 184.50 July 2nd, 1932 <br />G 9 184.50 July 2nd, 1933 <br />G 10 184.50 July 2nd, 1934 <br /> <br />Total $1,845.00 <br /> <br /> The first coupon of interest shall be for interest <br />from the 13th day of May, 1924, to January 2nd, 1925, and <br />the several coupons thereafter shall each be for the semi- <br />annual interest, and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVE~, that the signature of the <br />Treasurer of the said city upon the coupons attached to the <br />said bonds shall be lithographed or printed signature in <br />place of the signature by hand, and <br /> <br /> BE IT ALSO FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of <br />the said city of Santa Ana, be, and he is hereby authorized <br />and directed to deliver forthwith ~he bonds her~inabove enum- <br />erated to the contractors, in satisfaction of the balance due <br />upon the assessment and warrant. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly and regularly passed by the Board of Trustees of the <br />City of Santa Aha st a regular~meeting of th~ said Board of <br />Trustees held on the 19th day of May, 1924, by the following <br /> <br /> <br />
