AND WHEREAS, interested persons were notified in <br />the manner required by law to appear before the Board of Trus- <br />tees of the said city of Santa Ana, California, in the Coun- <br />cil Chamber of the City Hall in said city, et the hour of <br />V:30 o'clock P.M. of the 19th day of May, ~924, and show <br />cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of <br />the unpaid assessments shown on said Street Supertntendent's <br />list, and <br /> <br /> .WHEHEAS, notice was duly given in the manner and <br />form required by law that serial bonds to represent unpaid <br />assessments bearing interest at the rate of six (6) per cent <br />per annum, will be issued hereunder in the msnner provided <br />in the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915", the last installment <br />of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day <br />of July next succeeding Ten (10) months from their date. <br /> <br /> And all interested persons having appeared before <br />this Board of Trustees snd hsving been given full opportunity <br />to show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the securi- <br />ty of the unpaid assessments shown ih said list, and all ob- <br />Jections presented hsving been heard and considered. <br /> <br /> NOW BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees does <br />hereby find and determine that no cause hss been shown why <br />bonds should not be issued upon the security of ssid unpaid <br />assessments and does hereby overrule all objections thereto, <br />and does hereby direct the issuance of said bonds, and further, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: That bonds shall be is- <br />sued upon the security of sa~ unpaid assessments to said <br />amount of Ten Thousand, Two Hundred Seven and 82/100 Dollars <br />($10,20V.82) <br /> <br /> The said bonds shall be Twenty (20) in number and <br />shall be dated the 19th day of May, 1924, and bear interest <br />at the rate of Six (6) per cent per annum, and the denomina- <br /> <br />tion of said bonds and tbe date of the respective maturities <br />thereof, shall be as follows: <br /> <br /> SERIES BOND NO.
