<br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY
<br />OF S~NTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, RELATING TO THE ISSI~NCE
<br />STREET IMPROVEMENT BONDS PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION OF
<br />INTENTION NO. 1072, DETErmINING THE AMOUNT OF UN-
<br />PAID ASSESSMENTS, PRESCRIBING THE DENOMINATION OF
<br />SUCH BONDS AND PROVIDING FOR THEIR ISSUANCE.
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Statute, notice of filing
<br />list of unpaid assessments, was duly given in the manner and
<br />form required by law, that the warrant, assessment and dia-
<br />gram recorded on April 15th, 1~24, for the work sud improve-
<br />ment made by Oglesby and Dahl under that certain contract
<br />awarded to them on October lath, 1923, on West Washington
<br />Avenue, and that said warrant, assessment and diagram were
<br />returned to the Street Superintendent of said City, together
<br />with a written statement of all payments received upon the
<br />said assessment, and after the full expiration of Twenty (20)!
<br />days from the date of said Warrant, the said Street ~uperin-
<br />teudent duly made and filed with the City Clerk of the said
<br />City of Santa Aha, a complete list of all assessments unpaid
<br />upon the said Assessment, which list is now on file in the
<br />office of the City Clerk of tSe said city, now upon evidence
<br />shown, this Board determines that the assessments therein
<br />mentioned were then unpaid, the total aggregate thereof being
<br />the sum of Twelve Thousand, One Hundred and Twenty-eight and
<br />85/100 ($12,128.85) and that Assessments No. 11, 12, 28, 29,
<br />34, 43, 4V, 5~, 58, 61, 84, 88, 89, 93, 95, 68, and also
<br />Seventy-three ~nd 45/100 Dollars ($~3.45) as partial payment
<br />on Assessment Number 118, and no others havi~g since been
<br />psid there now remains unDaid the sum of Ten Thousand, Two
<br />Hundred Seven and 82/100 Dollars ($10,20V.82) upon the asses
<br />ment shown upon said list other than those hereinabove 1,st
<br />noted as having been paid.
