P~ESOLUTION NO. 1815. A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFO~IIA, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF STREET IMPROVEMENT BONDS PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1153, DETERMINING THE AMOUNT OF UNPAID ASSESSMENTS, PRESCRIB- ING THE DENOMINATION OF SUCH BONDS, AND PROVIDING FOR THEIR ISbUANCE. WHEREAS, pursuant to statute, notice of filing list of unpaid assessments was duly given in the manner and form required by law, that the warrant, assessment and dia- gram recorded on the 24th day of June, 1924, for the work and improvement nmde by Wells & Bressler under that certain con- tract awarded to them on the 4th d~y of February, 1924, on West Bishop Street in the City of Sant~ Ana; ~nd that said warrant, assessment and diagram were returned to the Street Superintendent of s~td City, together with a written state- ment of ali payments received upon the said assessment, and after the full expiration of twenty (20) days from the date of said warrant, the said Street Superintendent duly made and filed with the City Clerk of the said City of Santa Ana, a complete list of ail a~sessments unpaid upon the said assess- meut, including assessments number V, 8, and ll, amounting to One Hundred Sixteen and 94/lOOth ($116.94) Dollars, which assessments are levied upon sohoo] property now devoted to use for public purposes; now upon evidence shown, the Board of Trustees determines that the property represented by As- messments number 7, 8 and ll is now devoted to public use for school purposee, and the said ~mount of One Hundred Sixteen and 9A/lOOth ($116.94) Dollars now remains unpaid for the cost of said improvement, which said assessments numbered 8 and ll, now constitute a cPmrge against the City of Santa Aha, California, and the Board of Trustees of said C~y here- by determines that said amount shaYl be omitted from the un- paid assessments upon the bonds to be issued; which Xist is now on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City, uow~ upon evidence shown, this Board determines that the assess- ments therein mentioned were then unpaid, the total aggregate thereof being the s~nu of Seven Thousand, One Hundred Three and 16/lOOths ($~,10~.]~) Dollars; and that there now remains unpaid the sum of Seven Thousand One Hundred Three and 16/ lOOths ($7,108.16) Dollars upon the assessments shown upon said list. Reference is hereby made to Resolution of Intentim No. ll5Z of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, passed the 1Vth d~y of December, 192~, for ~ complete des- cription of the work herein mentioned, and to the list of paid assessments filed as above noted, for the assessments unpaid.
