The Street Superintendent shal~ cause <br />a notice to be published i~ the Santa Aha Daily Evening Regis- <br />ter, a newspaper published and circulated and of general cir- <br />culation in the City of S~nta Aha, contaloing a statement of <br />the fact of the passage of this Resolution of Intention, its <br />date, and briefly, the improvement proposed and refer to this <br />Resolution for further particulars. <br /> <br /> POSTING OF NOTICES OF ~!PROVEMENT <br /> <br /> SECTION V. The Street Superintendent shall also, <br />after the adoption of this Resolution of Intention, cause to <br />be conspicuously posted a!oug the lines of said contemplated <br />improvement, at not more than three hundred (GO0) feet in dis- <br />tance apart, but not less than three (Z) in all, Notices of <br />the passage of this Resolution of Intention, in the manner <br />and form required by law. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the <br />Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, at ~n adjourned <br />regular meeting thereof held on the 28th day of July, 192A, <br /> <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees <br /> <br />Noes, Trustees <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees <br /> <br />C.H.
