R. Ford under tha~ certain contract awarded <br />to him on the 7th day of April, 1924, on Fifteenth Street, <br />and that said warrant, assessment and diagram were returned <br />to the Street Superintendent of said City, together with a <br />written statement of all payments received upon the Said <br />assessment, and after the full expiration of twenty (20) days <br />from the date of said warrant, the Street Superintendent duly <br />made and filed With the City Clerk of the said City of Santa <br />Ana, a complete list of all assessments unpaid upon the said <br />assessment, which list is now on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk of the said City, now upon evidence shown this <br />Board determines thst the sssessments therein mentioned were <br />then unpaid, the total aggregate thereof being the sum of <br />Three Thousand, Nine Hundred Sixt~fiv~ and 32/lOOths <br />($$'~985.32) Dollars, and that assessments numbered 39, ?~, <br />78 and 77 aggresating the sum of Forty-six and 81/lOOths <br /> <br /> <br />
