Reference is hereby made to Resolution of Intentio~ No. 1199 of the Boa~ of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, passed the 25th day of February, 1924, for a complete des- cription of the work herein mentioned, and to the list of un- paid assessments filed as above noted, for the assessments unPaid. AND WHEREAS, interested persons were notified in the manner required by /aw to appear before the Board of Trustees of the said City of Santa Aha, California, in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City, at the hour of V:80 o'clock P.M. of Monday, the 4th day of August, 1924, and show cause why bonds Should not be issued upon the secu- rity of the unpaid assessments shown on said Street Superln- tendent's list; and WHEREAS, notice was duly given in the manner and form required by law that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments bearing interest at the ra~e of six (6%) per cent per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provi- ded in the "Improvement Bond. Act of 1915", the last install- ment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July next succeeding ten (10) months from their date. And all interested persons haVing appeared before this Board of Trustees and having been given full opportunit to show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the secur! ty of the unpaid assessments shown on said. llst, and all ob- Jections presented having been heard and considered; NOW BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees does hereby find and determine that no cause has been shown why bonds should not be issued upon the security of said un- paid assessments, and does hereby overrule all objections thereto, and does hereby direct the issuance of said bonds, and further BE IT RESOLVEI) AS FOLLOWS, that bonds shall be is- sued upon the security of said unpaid assessments to said amount of Three Thousand Nine Hundred Eighteen and ~l/100ths ($~918.~1) Dollars.
