($46.61) Dollars and no others have ~nce been paid, and <br /> <br />· that there now remains unpaid the sum of Three Thousand, Nin~ <br /> Hundred Eighteen and ~l/100ths ($~918.V1) ~ollars upon the <br /> assessments shown upon said list other t~mn those herein- <br /> above lest noted as having been paid. <br /> <br /> Reference is hereby made to Resolution of Intentio~ <br /> No. 1199 of the Boa~ of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, <br /> passed the 25th day of February, 1924, for a complete des- <br /> cription of the work herein mentioned, and to the list of un- <br /> paid assessments filed as above noted, for the assessments <br /> unPaid. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, interested persons were notified in <br /> the manner required by /aw to appear before the Board of <br /> Trustees of the said City of Santa Aha, California, in the <br /> Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City, at the hour <br /> of V:80 o'clock P.M. of Monday, the 4th day of August, 1924, <br /> and show cause why bonds Should not be issued upon the secu- <br /> rity of the unpaid assessments shown on said Street Superln- <br /> tendent's list; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, notice was duly given in the manner and <br /> form required by law that serial bonds to represent unpaid <br /> assessments bearing interest at the ra~e of six (6%) per <br /> <br /> cent per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provi- <br /> ded in the "Improvement Bond. Act of 1915", the last install- <br /> ment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd <br /> day of July next succeeding ten (10) months from their date. <br /> <br /> And all interested persons haVing appeared before <br /> this Board of Trustees and having been given full opportunit <br /> to show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the secur! <br /> ty of the unpaid assessments shown on said. llst, and all ob- <br /> Jections presented having been heard and considered; <br /> <br /> NOW BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees <br /> does hereby find and determine that no cause has been shown <br /> why bonds should not be issued upon the security of said un- <br /> paid assessments, and does hereby overrule all objections <br /> thereto, and does hereby direct the issuance of said bonds, <br /> and further <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVEI) AS FOLLOWS, that bonds shall be is- <br /> sued upon the security of said unpaid assessments to said <br /> amount of Three Thousand Nine Hundred Eighteen and ~l/100ths <br /> ($~918.~1) Dollars. <br /> <br /> That said bonds shall be ten (10) in number and <br /> shall be dated August 4th, ]924, and bear interest at the <br /> ~te of six (8%) per cent per annum, and the denominations <br /> of said bonds and the dates of the respective maturities <br /> thereof shall be as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
