Trustees of the City of Santa Aha with the Keystone Fire Hy- drant Company, by and through their authorized representative in Orange County, ~he Orange County Pipe snd Supply Company, for the use of said fire hydrants, for which United States Letters Patent have been granted said Company, which license on file in the office of the Clerk of the City agreement is Santa Aua. In improvement, named for the the above described items of proposed work and the different streets have not been specificallyI reason that the improvements on North Park levard, Heliotrope Drive, Hiverside Drive, Benton ~ay and North Broadway, are therein considered as one improvement, and are shown as such on the plans, ~roflles, cross-sections and specifications hereinafter referred to. GRADE SECTION III. Resolved, that the proposed work and improvement is to be done ou a part of North Park Boulevard, Heliotrope Drive, Riverside Drive and Benton Way at a grade other than the existing official grade thereof, and on such parts of streets and avenues, the work is to be dnne at and in conformity with the grades of said streets and avenues as modified and changed, but on all other p~rts of the roadways, if any, the work is to be done at the existing official grade thereof. Resolved, that the existing official grade on North P~rk Boulevard will be modified between the North line of Ssnta ~lara Avenue and the East line of North Flower Street; thst between said two lines work shall be done at a grade other than the existing grade, w~ieh new or proposed grade is indicated and shown on the profiles and plans.
