Resolved, that the existing official grade on River- ~ide Drive will be modified between the North line of North Park Boulevard and the East line of North Flower Street; that between said two lines work shall be done at a grade other than the existing grade, which new or proposed grade is indi- cated and shown on plans and profiles. Resolved, that the existing official grade on Benton Way willbe modified between the line extended Westerly along the radial line of a curve, having a radius of 64.~ feet across Benton ~ay from the North radius line of said cur~e as shown in Lot ~31 of Tract No. 425, and the South line of Riverside Drive; that between said two lines work shall be done at a grade other tlmn the existing grade, which new or proposed grade is indicated and shown by plans and profiles. Resolved, that the grade to which work shall be done and improvement made'upon North Broadway between the North line of Santa Clara Avenue ~nd the Northeasterly line of North Park Boulevard and a line parallel to and 232.40 feet Norther- ly from'the North line of SanSa Clara Avenue, which are provi- ded for in thief. Resolution of Intention, is that shown on the profiles therefor on file in the office of the City Engineer, to which said profiles reference is hereby made for the des- cription of said grade, which shall be the grade to which the work shall be done and improvement shall be'made. DESCRIPTION OF BONDS SECTION IV. The said Board of Trustees hereby de- clare and determine, and notice is hereby given, that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments, and to bear interest at the rate of mix (6%) per cent per annum, wil~ be issued ~ereunder in the manner provided in the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, the last installment, of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day 'of July, next succeedi~ ten (1O) months from their date.
