Eleven (11) of the said Plazo Rancho~ thence Northerly in a straight line which line would intersect the center line of West First Street at a point 1038.34 feet Westerly from the center line of Daisy Street, to an intersection with the North line of the said Lot Four (4~ thence Easterly along the North llne of said Lot Four (4) to the point of begiunin which parcel is now used in the performance of a public func tion, and is included within the d~trict aforesaid, and the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha hereby declares that said lands shall be excluded from said assessment. PUBLICATION OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION ~ECTION VII. The Santa Ana Daily Evening Register~ a daily newspaper published and circulated and of general circulation in the City of Santa Ana is hereby designated as the newspaper in which this Resolution of Intention shal! be published, and t?e City Clerk of said City is hereby directs, to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published by two insertions in sa id newspaper, in the manner and form~req~iPeg by law. The Board of Trustees does not deem it advisable that the Clerk mail copies of the Notice of Improvement to owners or reputed owners, and he is not required to msi~ the same.
