Vesel~ <br />Clerk of the City of Santa Ana <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 0VERRULING_.PR~ ESTS OR OBJECTIONS <br />TO ASSESSMENT, APPROVING ASSESSMENT AND ORDER- <br />ING THE STREET SUPERINTENDENT TO ATTACH WARRANT <br />AND RECC~D <br /> <br />No. 132A. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa <br />Ans did, on the A~h day of February, 192A, pass Resolution of <br />Intention No. llSV, for the improvement of Poinsetta Street, <br />and whereas, on the 8th day of 'Aug., 192A, the Superintendent <br />of Streets of said City filed anJassessment to cover the sum <br />due for the work performed and specified in the contract made <br />under proceedings for the said improvement, which assessment <br />diagram was a~proved by the Board of Trustees of said City on <br />the 4th day of August, 1924. <br /> <br /> AND W~REAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana has <br />given notice required by law in which notice August 25th, <br />1924, at the hour of V:30 o'clock P.M. was fixed as the time, <br />and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City as the <br />place where auy and all persons interested in the said work <br />might be heard. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, no person aggrieved h~s filed with the <br />Board of Trustees a written objection to said sssessmeht as <br /> <br />reqdired by law, and whereas, <br />tests or objections the Board <br />dad to hear the same, and all <br /> <br />at the time set for hearing pro- <br />of Trustees of said City procee~ <br />of said protests or obJectlons <br /> <br />to said <br /> <br />hereby:- <br /> <br />Fanta Ana <br /> <br />assessment or the work done having been heard, it is <br /> <br />HESOLVED, by the <br />~hat all of the <br /> <br /> Board of Trustees of the City of <br /> <br />said protests or objections against <br /> <br />said assessment or the work · ne under said proceedings be, <br />and the same are hereby~ overruled and denied and the assess- <br />ment be affirmed, an~ that the Street Superintendent be, and <br />he is hereby directed to attach to said assessment a warrant <br />in the form and manner required by law, and'sh~ll record the <br />same in the office of said Superintendent of Streets. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly and regularly passed by the Board of Trustees of the City <br /> <br /> <br />
