Vegel~ <br />Clerk 6f the City of Sa1 ta Aha <br /> <br />~ESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS <br />TO ASSESS~NT, APPROVING ASSESSMENT AND OR- <br />DERING THE STREET SUPERINTENDENT TO ATTACH <br />WARRANT AND RECORD <br /> <br />NO. 132V. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa <br />Aha did, on the ~th day of February, 1924, pass ResolUtion <br />of Intention No. 1200, for the improvemen~ of Highland Street, <br />and whereas, on the $~h day of August, 1924, the ~uperlnten- <br />dent of Streets of said City filed an assessment to cover the <br />sum due for the work performed and specified in the contract <br />made under proceedings for the said improvenent, which assess- <br />ment diagram was approved by the Board of TPuste~s of said <br />City ou the 2~rd day of June, 1924. <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha has <br />given notice required by law in which notice August 25th, 1924, <br /> <br />at the hour of V:~ o'clock P.M. was <br />the Council Chamber of the City Hall <br />where any and all persons interested <br />be heard. <br /> <br />fixed as the time, and <br />of said City as the place <br />in the said work might <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, no person aggrieved tms filed with the <br />Board of Trustees a written objection to said assessment as <br />required by law, and whereas, at the time set for hearing pro- <br />tests or objections the Board of Trustees of said City pro- <br /> <br />ceeded to hear the same, <br />tions to said assessment <br />it is hereby: <br /> <br />and all of said protests or obJec- <br />or the work done having been heard, <br /> <br /> RESOLVe, by the Board of~Trustees of the City of <br />Santa Ana that all of the said protests or objections against <br />said assessment or the work done under said proceedings be, <br />and the same are hereby, overruled and denied and the assess- <br />ment be affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent be, and <br />he is hereby directed to ~ttach to said aasessment s warrant <br />in the form and manner required by law, and shall record the <br /> <br /> <br />
