Tubbs 'Fresldent of the Boerd of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS NO, 1328. RESOLVED, that the plans and specifications for the following work to be done and improvement to be made in the City of Santa Ana upon and along those open public ,9:~eeta in said City, commonly known as Wellington Avenue and Lacy Street, and which portions thereof are described as follows: Wellington Avenue from the East line of French Street to the ~est line of Poinsetta Street,' and Lacy Street from the North line of Wellington Avenue to the South line of Washington Avenue. ' Said work being described as follows: The grading and paving of the described portlons of streets with five (5) inch Asphaltic Concrete pavement; the construction of concrete curbs and side talks; and the con- struction of sewers. Ail ss prepared by the City Egnineer and designate~ as Assessment District No. 90, for the improvement of the above described streets, and submitted this 25th day of Au- gust, 1924, be, and the same are hereby, sdopted as and for the plans and specifications for doing said work.
