TI~E AND PLACE OF HEARING. SECTION VI. Notice is hereby given that on Monday, the 6th day oS October, 1924, at ~:S0 otc!ock P. M. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said city of San ts Aha, any and all persons having any objection to the propped work or improvement nmy appear before the said Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution. Any and all persons wishing to protest said improvement or the assessment district, or both, should file with the City Clerk prior to the date herein set forth a written protest. PUBLICATION ~F P~SOLUTION OF INTBNTION. SECTION VII. 'ihs Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated and of general circulation in the City of Santa Aha is hereby designated as the newspaper in which this Resolution of Intention shall be published, and the City Clerk of said City ~s hereby directed to c,use this Resolu- tion of Intention to be published by two insertions in said news- paper, in the m~ nar and form required by law. The Board of Trustees does not deem it advisable that the Clerk mail copies of the Notice of Improvement to o~ ers or reputed owners, and he is not required to mail the same. POSTING OF NO~ICES OF IMP~O VENENT. SECTION VIII. The Street Superintendent of said city shall, after the adoption of this Resolution of Intention, cause to be conspicuously posted along the lines of said contemplated work or improvement, and along all the open streets and alleys within the hereinbefore described assessment district, notice of the passage of this Resolution of Intention in the m~nner and fo~m required by law. I hereb,~ certify that the foregoing Resolution of Intention was duly end regularly introduced and passed by the Board of Trustees of t~e city of Santa An~ at a regular meeting thereof held on the 18th day oS September, 192~, by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees ~ H.Chapman, Geo.
