The Board of Trustees of tke city of ~Jsnta Aha, pursuant to the orcvisions of the Imorovement Act of 1911 and the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, and the amendments to s~id Acts, do resolve 8s follows: SECTION I. i~at the public interest and convenience require, and it is the l~tentiou of the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha, California, to order the construction of the followir~g described work and improvement, all within said city, to-wit: In, on and along the roadways of the following described portions of streets in said city, to-wit: (a) Wellington Avenue from the East line of French Street to the West line o~ Polnsettie btreet. (b) Lacy Street from the ~orth line of WsIlington Avenue to the South line of Washington Avenue. And where any street or a~ley intersects or terminates in any of the above e~escribed porticos of st'rests in, on and along ~hich work is to be done or improvement is to be made, then beyond the curb line and across the sidewalk reserwtions to the property lines thereof. The work and improvement on the above described portions of roadways is more particularly described as follows: 1. The gra~ ng and paving of Wellington Avenue and Lacy Street with a three and one-half (~ 1/2) inch Asphaltic Concrete base overlaid with a one and cue-half (1 l/Z) i ch Asphaltic Concrete wearing surface. 2. ~e construction of cement curb on portions of the above described streets w~ere the same have not already ~eeh constructed, in accordance with the plans, profiles, cross- sections and specifications hereinafter'referred to. 3. 'i~ne excavation for ,nd the construction of Portland cement concrete sidewalks on portions of said streets where not already constructed fn accordance with plans and speclficatious. 4. The excavation for and t~e construction of lateral house connecting sewers and manhole, of the materials and st the places where shown in the plans, profiles, cross-sestions and soecificatlons hereinafter referred to.
