PLANS, PROFILES, CROSS- SECTIONS AND ~PECIFICATIONS. SECTION II. All of the foregoing work is fully set forth, delineated and described on plans, profiles and cross-sections on file in the office of the City Engineer, and specifications for Assessment District No. 90, on file in the office of the City Clerk, which Dlans, profiles, cross-sections and specifica- tions were adopted by Resolution No. 1526 on the 25th day of August, 1924, by the Board of Trustees of the city of S~ ta Ane, as the plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications for said work and improvement. The said plans, profiles, cross- sectlous and specifications are hereby referred to for a full, and detailed description of the said proposed work or improve- ment, and are made a part of this Resolution of Intention by reference, the same as though set forth in full herein. CHANGE OF GRADE. SECTION III. Hesolved, that the proposed work and improvement is to be d~ne on a part of Wellington Avenue and Lacy Street at a grade other than the existing official grade ~:hereof, and on such parts of said street and avenue the work M to be done at and in conformity with the grade of ssld street and avenue as modified and changed, but on all other parts of the roadways, if army, the work is to be done at the existing official grade thereof. Resolved, that the existing official grade on Wellington Avenue will be modified betwee~ the East line of French Street and the West line of Poinsettia Street; that between said two lines work shall be done at a grade other than the existing grade, whi~hnew or proposed grade is indicated and shown b~ profiles and plans. ~esolved, that the ex~tin~ official grade on Lacy Street will be modi fled between the North line of Wellington Avenue and the South line of Washington Avenue; that between said two lines work shall be done at a grade other than the existing grade, which new or proposed grade is indicated ~nd shown by profiles and plans. DE$CBIPTI0~ OF BONDS. SECTION IV. The said Board of ~rustees does hereby declare and determine, and notice is hereby giw en that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments, and to bear interest at the rate of six (8%) per cent per annum, will be iss~d hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond Act of 1918", the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (~) years from the 2nd day of Julynext succeeding ten (lC) months from their date.
