The Board <br />of Trustees does not deem it advisable that the Clerk mail copies <br />of the Notice of Improvement to owners or reputed owners, and ~e <br />is not required to mail the same. <br /> <br /> POSTING OF NOTICES OF IMPROVE~T. <br /> <br /> SECTION VIII. The Street Superintendent ~f said City shall, <br />after the adoption of this Resolution of Intention, cause to be <br />conspicuously posted along the lines of said contemplated work <br />or improvement, and along all the open streets and aileys <br />within the hereinbefore described assessment district, notice <br />of the passage of this Resolution of Intention in the manner ~nd <br />form required by law. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the fore~ing Resolution of Intention <br />was d~ ly and regularly introduced and passed by the Board of <br />Trustees of the city of Santa Aha at a regular meeting thereof <br />held on the 15th day of September, 1924, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Trustees C.H.Chapman, Geo.
