RESOLUTION ORDERING WORK NO. 1340. WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the city of Ssnta Ana on the 25th day of August, 1924, passed its Resolution of Intention No. 1321, to order the hereinafter described work to be done and improvement to be made in, on and along por- tions of North Park Boulevard, Heliotrope Drive, Riverside Drive, Benton Way and No~th Broadway in said city, which Resolution of Intention No. 1321 wss d~ly and legally published twice in the Sm? ts Ans Daily Evening Eegister, a daily newspaper published and c~rculsted in the city of Santa Aris, all as required by law, ss appears from the affida- vit of Edna L. ~errick, prinetpa~ clerk of the printers and publishers of said d~tly uewspape~ and which affidsvi~ was filed in the office of the Clerk of the city of S~ ta Aha on the 29th day of August, 1924, end now on file therein; ~d WHEREAS, after the p~ssage and adoption of said Resolution of Intention No. 1321, the ~treet Superintendent of the city of Sm ta Aha conspicuously posted ~ cng the line of the contemplated work and improvement, st not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance ~part and 60 in all, notices of the p~ssage of said Resolution of Int~tton, headed NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT, in manner, form and substance as provided by law, and the wor~ being chargeable upon e district, also conspicuously p~ted copies of said n~ice along all of the open sSreets and alleys wit$1n such district, not more tb~n three hundred (300) in distance apart on each street, and did post on each street at least Z notices; and on said streets 60 notices; ~d WHEREAS, the btreet Superintendent of the city ~ S~ ta Aha commenced to post said notices ou the ZOth day of August, 1924, and fully completed the posting thereof on the 30th day of August, 1924, more than ten days before the day set for hearing protests or objections to the proposed work and improvement, all as appears by the affidavit of ~. G. Knox, Street $~sperlntendent of the City of Santa Ane, filed in the office of the Clerk of S~i~d City o~ the 4th day of Sept. 1924, and now on file t~erein; and WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the city of $~nta Aha was duly in regular session at the Council Chamber thereof at the hour of V:30 o'clock P. N. of Monday, the 15th d~ of Septen~ber, 1924, being the ~sy, hour and place n~ed in the Resolution of Intention and Notice of Improvement when and where any and all persons having ~y objection to th~ proposed work or Improvement might appear before the Board of T~usteem and show cause why said proposed improve-
