<br /> V~.HEHEAS, the Board of Trustees cf the city of San ta Aha,

<br />on the 25th day of August, 1924, passed its hesolut!on of Intention
<br />No. 1323, to order the hereinafter described work to be do~e and
<br />improvement to be made in, on and along port~ons of K~yrtle Street
<br />~nd tt~e Wester].y extension thereof, Daisy Street, ~¥anklyn Street,
<br />Artes!a Street, Pine Street, ¥~alnut Street, Finst Street, Second
<br />Street and the ~esterly extension thereof, Third Otreet, and
<br />the Westerly extension thereof, Townsend Street end Fourth Street
<br />in said city, which Resolution of Intention No. 1323 was duly'
<br />and legally published twice in the Sm ts Ans Daily Evenir~g
<br />Re~ister, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the City
<br />of Santa Aris, all as required by law, ss a~rears from the affi-
<br />davit of Edna L. tierrick, principal clerk of the printers and
<br />publishers of said daily newspaper, and wl?ch affidavit was
<br />filed in the office of the Clerk of the city of Sants Ana on
<br />the ~ th day of September, 1924, and now on file therein; and
<br />
<br /> WHEHEAS, after t~e passsFe a~d adoption of said ke~olutlon
<br />
<br />~f Intention No. 1323, the ~treet Superir~tendent of tl~e C~ty of
<br />Santa Aua cousplcuously posted along the llne of the contemplated
<br />work and improvement, at not ~ore than three hundred (300) feet
<br />in distance apsrt, and ll9 in all, notices of the passage of
<br />said Resolution of Inte~tion, headed NOTICE OF IYP}~DVEEENT, in
<br />manner,form and substance as provided by law, and the work
<br />being chargeable upon a district, also conspicuously posted
<br />aopies of said notice along all of the open streets and a~leys
<br />within such district, not more tkan t~ree hundred (300) feet
<br />
<br /> In distance apart on each street, and didpost on each street
<br />
<br />at least 3 nollces, and on said streets 119 notices; and
<br />
<br /> W~IEI~EAS, the Street Superintendent of the city of Santa Aha
<br />commenced to post said notices on th~: 3rd day of Sept, 1924,
<br />end fully comr]~ted the posting thereof on the 3rd day of Sept.
<br />19~4, more than tam days before tl:e day set for hearing
<br />tests ~r objections to the proposed work a~d imDrovement, all
<br />as appears by the affidavit of W. G. Knox, Street Superintendent
<br />of the city of Santa Ana, filed in the office of the Clerk of said
<br />
<br />city on the 4th day of September,
<br />

<br />1924, being the day, hour and nlace named in the kesolutlon of
<br />Intention and Notice of Improvement, when and where any and
<br />persons having any objection to the proposed work or imrrovement
<br />might appear before the Boardof Trustees and s}ow cause why said
<br />proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with
<br />
<br /> said Resolution of Intention; and
