WHEREAS, at 1 protests or objections presented having been disposed of, overruled and denied ~n time, manner and form ss required by law, and tk~e Board of Trustees of tine City of Banta Aha having now acquired Jurisdiction to order the oroposed improvement, it is hereby - RESOLVED, tkat the public interest a~d convenience requires the work hereinafter described, and the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha hereby irders t!e following work to be done and improvement made in the City of S~nta An~, as follows: together With ~hee ~;e7 o~ Santa Aha, where sliOWn o~S/th~nd a~t~ the places for the ~es~r/~ti~r=~ee m hereb made of which bond ' e 1 st !nst~llment Aha expense of said work or improvement is by said Reso- lution of Intention made chargeable upon a d~trtct, which sa~d distrlct is described in and by said Resolution, and is shown by a plat or map thereof on file in the office of the City Engineer. The public property included within s~id assess- ment district is tax exempt. All of the herein proposed work shall be done in pursuance of an Act cf the Legisl~ture of the State of Cel~rnia, desi~mated Improvement Act of l~ll, and amendments thereto.
